Prof. Khan的簡歷如下
Prof. Khan received his PhD from MIT in 1979. Since then, he has worked with Honeywell, 3M and APA Optics. He joined University of South Carolina in 1997.
He has worked in the development of AlInGaN materials and device
development over the past thirty years. His research group was the first to demonstrate 2D-electron gas in GaN-AlGaN heterojunctions and developed the high electron mobility transistors. Recently his group has pioneered the development of deep ultraviolet light emission devices using AlGaN multiple quantum wells. Prof. Khan is a fellow of IEEE. He has over 400 refereed publications and well over 100 invited and plenary talks.
