C. Qualifications
1. An earned doctorate in Business / Management
2. A strong commitment to teaching excellence in graduate program.
3. Knowledge and expertise to conduct research are required.
4. Must be able to deliver all lectures in English at IIMBA program
D. Academic Specialty
1. The most desirable candidate will be the one with research interests in <Innovation and Entrepreneurship>;
or
2. the one with research interests in <Organization Theory> or <Human Resource>.
E. Documents needed
1. A letter of application with full curriculum vitae (includes working experiences, research expertise, teaching interests, etc.)
2. A photocopy of Ph.D certificate
3. PhD transcript(s)
4. Publication list. Please also attach the copies (no more than five(5) papers) of the most representative publication(s) within the 5 years.
5. Three(3) current and original letters of reference.

6. Please fill in the Applicant Information Table as shown in the attachment.
7. Any document which can provide additional information about applicant’s background is welcomed.
