Extensive hands-on knowledge and experience in high-tech start-ups and an international consultant to leverage the cross-Pacific experience for global reach to foster technology transfer, liaison and commercialization of early-stage technologies.

2004-2005: Grace Semiconductor Manufacturing Corporation (GSMC)
V.P. Worldwide Sales and Marketing: In addition to serve as the founding team in GSMC since 2000, in this operation capacity, I am responsible for the annual revenues target and customer development which resulted in US$160M sales in 2004 ; also as a corporate executive, fully involved in the long-term strategy, business planning, and fund-raising.

1991-Now: President of Silicon Valley Investment Holding Inc., a Cayman Island corporation
Venture investments, and deals making with a focus on high-tech, technology transfer , M&A consultation and advise. Extensive deals have been made in Internet, optical, and semiconductor.
