The UBC Vancouver Summer Program (VSP) is a four week academic program offered at the University of British Columbia, Canada for cohorts of international students to study at UBC.

The program provides the opportunity for cooperating universities to organize groups of students to take two academic courses in various UBC Faculties while learning about Canadian practices and culture.

Course Packages

The Vancouver Summer Program consists of two courses in each package. Each course is approximately 39 hours of class time. Classes are interactive and often include group work and discussions. Evaluation may include assignments, group projects, papers, exams, and participation marks.

Please note that VSP courses do not receive UBC credit but credit may be granted by the student’s home university (at its discretion). Students may choose between 55 exciting packages.
