報名對象 (Participants)：
成大全校學生：大學部以系為單位，每系可推派一組(每組1~3人)；研究所則以所為單位；碩博士生可混合組隊，每所可推派一組(每組1~3人)。參加學生由系所主任推薦之。
All NCKU Students (Every team has to be recommended by its Department or Graduate School)
Undergraduates: Every Department can only make a team of 1~3 members
Graduate Students: Every graduate school can only make a team of 1~3 members (could be a mixed team of master and PhD students)
活動時間與地點 (Time & Venue)：
11/22(五) 15:00~17:00 英語簡報工作坊講座(每系所的代表隊成員均可參加)；地點：中文系館學術演講廳
12/11(三) 15:00~17:00複賽(1~3人組隊，至少需1人參與工作坊講座)；地點：中文系館學術演講廳

(1) English Presentation Workshop: 15:00~17:00, Friday, November 22, 2013 at Conference Hall at the Chinese Department (Every team member could participate).
(2) Students’ Academic Presentation in English Contest: 15:00~17:00, Wednesday, December 11, 2013 at Conference Hall at the Chinese Dept. (at least 1 member from each team should attend the English Presentation Workshop on Nov. 22)
活動內容 (Activities)：
工作坊 Workshop(11/22)：由英語口語表達及簡報專業教授傳授英語簡報技巧。
初賽Preliminary Screening：每一組需於11/29之前繳交一份以各系所的專業主題製作約6~8分鐘簡報DVD，將延請校外母語專家審查，從中篩選出若干組參加複賽。
複賽Final Contest (12/11)：由1~3人組隊，並全程使用英語在現場做簡報，並接受評審英語提問。

(1) English Presentation Workshop (Nov. 22): English presentation skills to be introduced by professional experts.

(2) Students’ Academic Presentation in English Contest (Dec. 11): A DVD of six-to-eight-minute English presentation based on the students’ academic profession should be submitted for a preliminary screening by Nov. 29. Outstanding teams that pass the preliminary screening will get the tickets to the final contest to be held on Dec. 11. The final contest consists of a presentation and a follow up Q & A session.

獎勵 (Prize)：
進入複賽者，每組發給獎狀一張；複賽優勝者：除了獎狀以外，另發給圖書禮卷，第一名5,000元，第二名3,000元，第三名2,000元，第四名1,500元，第五名1,000元。
(1)Every outstanding team from the preliminary evaluation will be rewarded a Certificate.
